These custom apparel design tools help you plan an order before you call us. Two are design builders from Augusta Sportswear. Two are catalogs, one for blank apparel and one for promotional products.

None of them place an order with our shop. They get you to a design or a style number, so you don’t start from scratch. When you like what you have, send it with a quote request. Our office takes it from there and sends you a price and a proof.

    Augusta's sublimation builder. Lay out a full team kit, jersey and shorts, with your colors and placements, and see it before you order.

    The blank apparel we decorate: tees, hoodies, polos, jackets, workwear and bags, with brands, colors and sizes in one place.

From design to order

How your design becomes an order

The builders and catalogs end at a design. These three steps turn it into finished apparel.

    Design or browse

    Pick the tool that fits the job: the headwear designer, the uniform builder or either catalog. Save your design or note the style numbers.

  2. 02

    Send it with a quote request

    Attach your design to a quote request or email it to us. The tools don't place an order on their own, so this is the step that starts your job.

  3. 03

    Approve your proof

    Bella, our graphic designer, turns your design into print-ready art and sends you a proof. Production starts once you approve it. If you're a new customer, we'll ask for a 50% deposit first.

Common questions

Design tool questions

Does designing something in these tools place an order?
No. The headwear designer, the uniform builder and both catalogs are run by our suppliers, and nothing you build in them reaches our shop. Save or screenshot your design and send it to us with a quote request. That's the step that starts your order.
Why do I send my design instead of checking out?
Because our office confirms every order before you're billed. There's no payment on the website. We check what you sent against our minimums and our production schedule, then send an invoice. If your date won't work, we tell you up front.
Which tool should I use for a team uniform?
Use the uniform builder if you want to see the full kit before you order. If you already know what you want, skip it and describe the uniform in a quote request. A photo of last season's jersey works fine. When you're ready, send your roster with each player's size, name and number.
Can I design an order smaller than 24 pieces?
You can design anything you like, but our minimum is 24 pieces per order for screen printing, DTF and embroidery. Uniform quantities are quoted by order, and promotional products have their own minimums, set by each supplier. If you need fewer than 24, call 833-477-6674 before you start designing and we'll tell you what works.
How long does my order take once I send the design?
Screen printing, DTF and embroidery orders are ready 5–7 business days after you approve the proof. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. Rush orders are available for an added fee. Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday by appointment.
