How ordering from a team store works

Choose your school or group, or open the link your coach or organizer sent you. Each store carries that group's own items and designs.

Pick your items and sizes
Choose what you want and the sizes you need, then place your order on your group's store.

We make it and get it to you
Your order comes to our Jacksonville shop. We make your order, then ship it or send it to your organizer in one batch, depending on how your group set up its store.

Team store questions
Do I order from CustomWear USA or on the store link?
Order on your group's store link. Each store is set up for one team or organization, with that group's items and designs. Pick your items and sizes there and place your order, and we'll take it from there.
My school isn't listed. Where's its store?
Ask your coach, booster club or school office for the link first. Each group opens and closes its own store, so yours may be closed between seasons or waiting to open. If you still can't find it, call 833-477-6674 and we'll point you to the right link.
When will my store order arrive?
Store orders are made together in one run, so production starts after your group's orders are in, not the day you order. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, counted once the orders are in and the design is approved. Your coach or organizer will have the date for your group, and we can confirm it from our end.
Can I change a size after I order?
Yes, if your order hasn't gone into production yet. Call 833-477-6674 as soon as you can. Once a shirt is printed, it's printed. Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday by appointment.
Can I pick up my store order?
It depends on how your group set up its store. Some stores ship to each person, and others come back to the organizer in one batch to hand out. Pickup at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road is by appointment, so call 833-477-6674 before you come by.
How do I get a store for my own team or group?
Call us at 833-477-6674 or start on our online stores page, and we'll build one for you. We set up the store with your designs, collect the orders, make the gear and handle fulfillment. You share one link with your group.
