What you need from a contract shop is consistency. Your spec runs the same way on the first order and the fortieth.

Your art is handled here. Bella, our graphic designer, reviews your files before anything is scheduled, so a problem gets caught on the proof, not on finished shirts.

A contract account is a trade arrangement. If you're ordering shirts for your own staff, team or event, a regular quote is faster.

    You own the label and the customer. We produce the garments to your spec on every run, and your name stays on the product.

    Your floor is booked, or a job needs a method you don't run. Send the overflow here and it comes back finished.

  • Decorators and embroiderers

    You do one method well and don't want to buy equipment for the rest. We handle the screen printing and DTF on a mixed order.

    Uniform suppliers, promotional distributors and agencies who sell decorated apparel without running a production floor.

Contract screen printing

Screen printing pushes ink through a screen, one screen per color. It lays down thick, bright color that holds up on dark garments, and the price per piece drops as the run gets longer.

For your account, that means your separations and ink spec run the same way on every reorder. The minimum is 24 pieces per design.

DTF transfers or finished garments

DTF transfers carry full-color artwork with no screens to set up, so extra colors add no setup cost. They’re the right call for photos, gradients and shorter runs.

Your account can use DTF two ways. We apply the transfers and send you finished garments, or we supply the transfers and you press them on your own floor. We agree which one when your account opens.

DTF files behave differently from screen files. Bella will tell you what needs adjusting before a job is scheduled.

What keeps a run on spec

Get these right up front and your run comes back the way you specced it.

  • Artwork files

    Send vector art with fonts outlined, or a high-resolution file at final print size. We review every file before it's scheduled and tell you what won't hold up on press.

  • Proof before production

    You approve a proof before anything runs. If your spec is still changing, nothing gets printed until you sign off on the final version.

  • Inbound goods

    Send your own blanks or have us source them. For goods you supply, we agree in writing how they're counted and packed before your first shipment arrives.

Turnaround and scheduling

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from the day you approve your proof. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the schedule before we commit to a date.

Share your dates early and we’ll plan your runs around them. If a date won’t work, we’ll tell you before we take the job.

New customers pay a 50% deposit before production starts.

How to open an account

Four steps, in order. We talk pricing once we understand your program.

    What you produce, who it's for, the methods you need and your usual run sizes. A short note is enough to start.

  • 02 · We review fit

    We check that your work fits what our shop does well. If it doesn't, we'll say so up front.

  • 03 · Account setup

    We open your account and put the working terms in writing: how you send art and goods, how jobs are scheduled and how you're quoted.

  • 04 · Send art and goods

    Send your artwork and your blanks, or ask us to source them. Every job then follows the same path: quote, proof, approval, production, delivery.

Contract printing questions

Why is contract pricing quoted instead of listed?
Because the price depends on your program. The decoration method, the color count, the run size, how often you reorder and who supplies the blanks all move the number. Tell us about your program and we'll quote it properly.
What do you need to know before you can quote?
The method, the garment, the artwork, the quantity per design and the date you need it. For a contract account, we also want the shape of the whole program: how often you reorder, how many designs you run and whether sizes and colors stay the same. A one-off run and a standing monthly program are quoted differently.
Can I send my own blanks?
Yes, once the terms are set for your account. Before anything ships to us, we agree in writing how goods are counted on arrival, how spoilage is handled and how they should be tagged and packed. That keeps your shipment from sitting unidentified on our floor while your deadline gets closer.
Do you produce under my brand?
Yes. Your artwork, your goods where you supply them and your customer relationship stay yours, and we don't deal with your customer. Details like how orders are packed or shipped onward are agreed when your account is set up. Call 833-477-6674 if you need something confirmed before you apply.
What's the minimum on a contract run?
24 pieces per design, the same as any other order, and we run orders up to 10,000. Contract accounts are built around a program, so we look at your usual run sizes and how many designs you carry, not only the first order. If your runs sit below 24, tell us up front and we'll tell you whether an account makes sense.
How fast can you turn contract work around?

Do you run both screen printing and DTF?
Yes, and the right one for a job is usually clear once we see the art. Screen printing is the better value on longer runs and dark garments. DTF is better for full-color art and shorter runs, because there's no per-color screen setup. Your account can use either one, or both.
