So we plan your order backwards from the day you need the shirts in hand, and we tell you up front if a date won’t work. Standard production is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the schedule before we commit.

Most events clear the 24-piece minimum once you count participants, volunteers and staff together. If you don’t have a design, send us the idea and we’ll build the artwork.

Event shirts usually get ordered by someone with a different day job. A race director, a youth pastor, a volunteer coordinator, the cousin who got handed the reunion shirts at Thanksgiving. You don’t need to know what a vector file is or how many colors your design has.

Call and ask. Give us the date first, then the headcount, then the idea. We’ll tell you what’s realistic before you commit to anything or promise your committee a date.

Everything your event order includes

Design help. Bella, our graphic designer, builds your design or cleans up the one you have, then sends a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

One office from quote to pickup. Britney, our office manager, keeps your order on track. Nobody on your committee has to pass messages between a designer and a printer.

A date you can plan around.You get a production date up front. If we can’t make your date, we’ll tell you before the order starts.

Pickup or shipping.Pick up at the shop by appointment, or we’ll quote shipping to your event.

Timeline

Plan backwards from your event

Three checkpoints stand between your first call and a box of finished shirts. The first one is the one people leave too late.

    Start from the day you need them

    Pick the day the shirts need to be in hand. That's usually packet pickup, the night before or the first day of camp, and it comes before the event itself.

  2. 02

    Approve your proof

    Production takes 5–7 business days from proof approval, so that's the date to aim for. Send your artwork early and you'll have time for the committee's changes.

  3. 03

    Send final counts and we print

    Send your final sizes and we start production. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due on delivery or pickup. Pick up at the shop by appointment, or we'll quote shipping.

Bring an idea and we'll build the artwork

Most event committees don’t have a designer. They have a theme, a sponsor list that keeps growing and a logo someone saved off a website years ago. That’s a normal place to start.

Send a sketch, a photo of last year’s shirt, a description of the theme or a folder of sponsor logos. Bella lays it out, rebuilds what needs it and sends you a proof.

Take the proof to your committee, collect the notes and send them back. Nothing prints until you approve it. Artwork fees may apply.

Event shirt questions

How far ahead of our event should we order?
Plan on more than 5–7 business days, because production time starts when you approve your proof. Artwork changes, a final headcount and a size breakdown all come first, and on event orders those are what usually run late. If you're booking a venue, start on the shirts the same week.
Our event is in less than a week. Can you still do it?
Yes. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the production schedule before we commit to your date. Call with your artwork ready, and we'll tell you whether the date works before you place the order.
We don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo of last year's shirt or a description of what you want, and Bella, our graphic designer, will build it. You'll approve a proof before anything is printed. Artwork fees may apply.
What's the minimum for event shirts?
24 pieces per design. Most events clear that once participants, volunteers and staff are counted together. Each separate design carries its own 24-piece minimum, so one design in two shirt colors is often the better value than two designs.
Can we sell shirts to raise money for our organization?
Yes. We can set up an online store for your group. Supporters order from one link, and we make everything and handle fulfillment, so you aren't guessing at sizes or holding extra shirts. For a fundraiser, we price each item with your goal built in.
Can we pick up our order the day before the event?
Yes, by appointment. We're at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville, open Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Friday by appointment. Call 833-477-6674 to set a pickup time and we'll have your order ready. Book that time a few days ahead instead of calling the afternoon before.
