CustomWear USA makes custom apparel for Jacksonville: crew shirts, event tees, embroidered jackets and caps, and sublimated team kits.

Every order starts the same way, with a logo or an idea and a count. We’ve been decorating apparel since 1999, on orders from 24 pieces to 10,000.

How an order works

  • Tell us what you're ordering and how many when you request a quote.
  • Send your logo, a sketch or a photo of an old shirt. Bella, our graphic designer, turns it into print-ready art and sends you a proof.
  • You approve the proof before anything is printed, stitched or pressed.
  • Screen printing, DTF and embroidery orders are ready 5–7 business days after the proof is approved. Rush orders are available for an added fee.

Screen printing lays down thick, bright ink that holds up on dark shirts and safety apparel. It's the better value per piece on larger orders.

Embroidery

Logos stitched into jackets and caps

Thread holds up on gear that gets worn hard and washed often. It's our pick for caps, polos, jackets and bags.

Sublimated uniforms

Uniforms we've made

Sublimated jerseys, shorts and full kits we've made for teams. The color is dyed into the fabric, so names, numbers and full designs run edge to edge with nothing to crack or peel.

Sublimation and uniforms

Full-color DTF prints

DTF suits full-color artwork, photos and smaller orders. There are no screens to set up, so a design with twelve colors costs the same to set up as a one-color logo.

We apply DTF transfers to your apparel here, or ship the transfers to you if you’d rather press them yourself.

Ordering questions

Can you make something like this for us?
Yes. Send your own logo or artwork when you request a quote, or have Bella, our graphic designer, design one for you. She sets up your artwork and sends you a proof. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Will I see my design before you print it?
Yes. You get a proof to approve before anything is printed, stitched or pressed. If a color or the placement isn't what you pictured, tell us and we'll send an updated proof. Artwork fees may apply.
What's the minimum order?
24 pieces per design for screen printing, DTF and embroidery, and we run orders up to 10,000. Each method has setup work that doesn't make sense on a handful of pieces. For sublimated uniforms, ask us when you request a quote. If you need fewer, call 833-477-6674 and we'll point you to your best option.
How long does an order take?
5–7 business days for screen printing, DTF and embroidery, starting the day you approve your proof. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. Rush orders are available for an added fee. Pickup at our Sunbeam Road shop is by appointment, or we can quote shipping.
How do I pay for an order?
New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due on delivery or pickup. There's no payment on the website. Our office reviews your order and sends you an invoice.
Which decoration method is right for my design?
Screen printing is the better value on larger orders with a few colors, and DTF suits full-color art and smaller runs. Embroidery is the pick for caps, polos and jackets, and sublimation is for team uniforms. Tell us what you're ordering and how many, and we'll recommend one. When two methods are close, we'll tell you which costs less.
