Ordering and payment
How big an order is, how long it takes and how you pay.
How many pieces do I need to order?
24 pieces per design for screen printing, DTF and embroidery, and we handle orders up to 10,000. For sublimated uniforms, ask us when you request a quote. If you need fewer, call 833-477-6674 and we'll tell you what we can do.
How soon will my order be ready?
Plan on 5–7 business days for screen printing, DTF and embroidery, from the day you approve the proof. Sublimated uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. Sending your artwork early gets you in line sooner. If a garment is back-ordered and that moves your date, we'll let you know.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders are available for an added fee. Call 833-477-6674 with your date, and we'll check the production schedule before we accept it. If we can't make it, we'll say so before you order.
How do I pay for my order?
Our office sends you an invoice once your order has been reviewed. There's no payment on the website. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, and the balance is due on delivery or pickup.

Artwork and proofs
What to send, what to do if you have nothing yet, and what you'll check before we print.
What file types should I send?
Vector files work best: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. They scale to any print size and stay sharp. A PNG, PSD or JPG works too if it's 300 dpi at the size it will print. If all you have is a phone photo of an old shirt, send it and we'll tell you whether it can be cleaned up or needs to be redrawn.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Bella, our graphic designer, turns sketches, photos, old shirts and rough ideas into print-ready artwork. Tell us what you have in mind and she'll build a proof from it. Artwork fees may apply.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. You approve a proof before anything is made. It shows your artwork, colors and print size on the garment. Check it closely, spelling and names included, because the approved proof is what we produce. If something needs to change, tell us and we'll send an updated proof.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Close, but not exactly. A screen gives off light, while ink and thread reflect it, so a color on your monitor is an approximation of the finished garment. Blank garments can also shift slightly from one dye lot to the next, which can show on a reorder months later. If a color matters, tell us up front and we'll work out the closest match before you approve the proof.
Choosing a method
Printing and embroidery
Each method is best at a different job. Here's how to tell which one fits yours.
Should I choose screen printing or DTF?
Choose screen printing for larger orders with a few solid colors, and DTF for full-color art or smaller runs. Screen printing uses one screen per color, so it gives you bold ink that stands out on dark shirts and a lower price per piece as the order grows. DTF presses a full-color film onto the garment, so extra colors add no setup.
When is embroidery the better choice?
Embroidery is the better choice for hats, polos, jackets and workwear you'll wear for years. Your logo is stitched into the fabric, so there's no print to crack, and it looks more finished on a collared shirt. Tiny text and large full-coverage art suit a print method better, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
What is sublimation used for?
Sublimation is used for team uniforms, jerseys and activewear. The color is dyed into the fabric, so there's nothing on the surface to crack or peel. That gives you unlimited colors and designs that run edge to edge and across the seams. It works on polyester garments, not cotton tees.
What if I'm not sure which method I need?
Tell us the garment, how many you need and what the artwork looks like, and we'll recommend a method. As a guide, solid graphics on tees point to screen printing, full-color art points to DTF, hats and polos point to embroidery, and team uniforms point to sublimation. If a less expensive method does the job, we'll say so.

Where do I pick up my order?
At our shop, 4949-8 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Pickups are by appointment, so call 833-477-6674 and we'll have your order boxed and ready when you walk in.
Can you ship my order?
Yes. Shipping is quoted for each order, because the cost depends on the garments, the quantity and where the box is going. Mention on your quote request that you'd like it shipped, and the shipping cost will be in the quote you approve.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Fridays are by appointment, and we're closed Saturday and Sunday. You can call 833-477-6674 during office hours or send a quote request at any time.
What area do you serve?
We serve Jacksonville and Duval County from our shop on Sunbeam Road. If you're outside that area, ask anyway and we'll tell you whether we can take your job.
