The custom hat designer lets you build a cap before you order it. Pick a style, change the panel, brim and stitch colors, add your logo and turn it around to see every side. Augusta Sportswear runs the tool, so you don’t need an account with us to use it.

It doesn’t take orders or payment. When you like what you see, save it and send it to us with a quote request. We’ll price it, get your logo ready for embroidery and send you a proof to approve.

You design it. We quote it, proof it and stitch it.

    Build your cap

    Open the designer, pick a style and set the panel, brim and stitch colors. Then place your logo. Nothing gets ordered while you're in there.

    Save your design

    Save it or take a screenshot, and write down the cap style. A shot of the front and one of the back gives us plenty to work from.

    Send it to us

    Attach it to a quote request or call 833-477-6674. We'll price the cap and the embroidery together and send you a proof to approve.

Custom hat questions

Does the headwear designer place an order?
No. It's a design tool from Augusta Sportswear, and it stops at a picture of your cap. Save your design and send it to us with a quote request. That's what gets it to our office and onto the schedule.
Are custom caps embroidered or printed?
Most caps are embroidered. Stitching holds up better than ink on a structured front panel, and it stays sharp through sun and washing. Some caps and designs can be printed instead. Send us your design and we'll tell you which method fits it.
How many caps do I have to order?
The minimum is 24 caps per design, the same as our shirts. Embroidery has setup costs that don't make sense spread across a few hats. For a smaller order, call 833-477-6674 and we'll tell you what we can do.
What happens to my logo before it's stitched?
It gets digitized, which turns your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes. Small text and fine lines often need a few changes so they read clearly on a cap. You'll approve a proof before anything is stitched.
How long does a cap order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from the day you approve your proof. Rush orders are available for an added fee. Call us with your date and we'll check the schedule first.
