CustomWear USA is a family-owned Jacksonville print shop. We’ve been making custom apparel here since 1999, and Ralph Graham Jr. owns and runs the business today.
One order here can cover screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, sublimated uniforms and promotional products. You don’t have to split a job across vendors.
Your artwork stays with us. Bella builds your proof, and Britney in the office keeps your order on track. A problem gets caught on the proof, not after 300 shirts are printed.

We're on Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville. Pickup is by appointment, and you can talk through your order in person.
Clear ordering terms
Screen printing, DTF and embroidery orders start at 24 pieces, ready 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available for an added fee. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production.

We’re at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Stop by Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Fridays and pickups are by appointment, so call ahead and we’ll have your order ready.
