Sublimated team uniforms carry your design in the fabric, not on top of it. Nothing sits on the surface to crack or peel, and there’s no limit on colors or gradients. The artwork can run edge to edge, across the seams, front and back.

Every piece is made one at a time, so names, numbers and sizes are part of the design. One design, twenty different jerseys, and no pressed-on numbers peeling off in February.

We handle the design, the proof, the colors and the roster sheet. You deal with one shop on Sunbeam Road the whole way, from the first sketch to the day you pick up.

How design and proofing work

Send your logo, your colors and the sport. Bella, our graphic designer, lays the kit out on the garment you picked. You see the front and back on a proof before anything is made, so pass it around the coaching staff first.

Be exact about color. If your school or club has official color codes, send those instead of a photo of an old shirt. Sublimation reproduces what’s in the file, so the right codes get you the right colors.

Production starts once you approve the proof and our office accepts the order. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production. There’s no payment on the website. Our office sends an invoice.

Rec leagues, school programs, travel clubs and adult leagues. If your sport isn't listed, ask. The process is the same for any garment.

    Send your own design, or tell us what you want and our graphic designer builds one. Send your logo, your colors and the sport, and she lays it out on the garment you picked.

    Approve the proof

    You see the kit front and back before anything is made. Show it to your coaches and parents before you sign off, because the proof is what gets made.

  3. 03

    Send the roster

    Fill in our roster sheet with names, numbers and sizes. New customers pay a 50% deposit up front. Pick up by appointment, or we'll ship it.

Sublimated uniform questions

What is a sublimated uniform?
A sublimated uniform has the design dyed into the fabric instead of printed on top. There's no ink layer to crack or peel, and the jersey keeps its weight and stretch. Extra colors add no setup, so an all-over design with a dozen colors is normal.
Can every player have their own name, number and size?
Yes. Each piece is made individually, so names, numbers and sizes are part of the design, not a separate step. We send you a roster sheet to fill in. What's on the sheet is what gets made, so check it before you send it back.
How many uniforms do we need to order?
It depends on the order, so tell us your headcount when you request a quote. Count the roster, the coaches and a few spares. Call 833-477-6674 with your numbers and we'll tell you what works for your team.
Do you make wrestling singlets?

How far ahead of the season should we order?
