Business apparel for Jacksonville companies

Uniforms your staff will wear, from embroidered polos and caps to crew shirts and hi-vis gear. Reorders match the batch before.

Apparel your staff will want to wear

Good business apparel is the shirt your staff still reach for months later. A stiff polo with a scratchy logo gets worn once and then sits in a closet.

So we start with the garment and the decoration, then the artwork. A polo people like, with a logo that keeps its shape through the wash, is the one that gets worn.

Your quote names the actual garment, the thread or ink, the placement and the size of the logo. Anyone on your team can sign off on it, and your next order can be matched to it.

What we need to quote your order

Four things: what your staff do all day in these clothes, a rough count per design, your logo in the best file you have, and where the order needs to go.

You don’t need print-ready art or a style number. If your logo only exists on a business card or an old shirt, Bella, our graphic designer, can rebuild it, and you’ll approve a proof before anything is made. Artwork fees may apply. If you’re unsure whether to stitch or print, tell us what the job involves and we’ll recommend the one that lasts.

Where it gets worn

Six places your logo goes to work

Most businesses need a few of these at once, each with its own garment and decoration. They can all go on one order.
  • Everyday staff uniforms

The shirt your crew puts on every morning. We pick garments you can reorder and decoration that keeps its color through the wash.

  • Jobsite and safety apparel

Hi-vis shirts, work shirts and outerwear for crews who work outside all day and need to be seen.

  • Front office and customer-facing staff

Embroidered polos and button-downs for the people who greet your customers, sit across a desk from them or show up at their door.

  • Trade shows and events

Matching shirts for your booth staff, plus giveaways people take home and use.

  • New-hire kits

The same set of branded pieces for every new employee on day one. Set it up once and reorder it as you hire.

  • Client and referral gifts

Branded apparel and promotional products for customers, referral partners and vendors. Pick pieces good enough that people keep them.

Popular products

Four garments to start with

Polos, work shirts, caps and hi-vis cover a lot of workplaces. If you need something else, tell us how it'll be used and we'll find the right piece in the catalog.
  • A multi-head embroidery machine stitching a design onto a red garment held in a hoop

    Polos and button-downs

The go-to for office and customer-facing staff. Your logo embroidered on the left chest, with a second one on the sleeve or back if you want it.

  • A dark printed work shirt on the press beside a stack of finished shirts

    Work shirts and crew tees

Screen printed, which keeps the price per piece down when everyone on the crew needs several.

  • Black fitted cap with a red and white embroidered company logo on the front panel

    Caps and headwear

Structured caps, trucker caps and beanies with your logo stitched on the front panel.

  • A yellow hi-vis safety shirt with reflective tape being pulled off the screen printing press

    Hi-vis and safety apparel

Reflective shirts and vests with your logo placed clear of the tape. Tell us what your crew has to wear and we'll decorate that garment.

Reorders that match the last batch

A uniform program works when the tenth order looks like the first. What goes wrong is drift: a slightly different shirt, a resized logo, a red that isn’t quite your red.

Mention your last order when you call and we’ll match it. Same garment, same decoration, same placement, so new hires look like everyone else on the team.

If you hire often or run more than one location, a company store can be easier than calling in reorders. Staff pick their own sizes from one link, and you’re no longer collecting sizes by email.

How we work

What you can count on

Here's how a business order runs, from your quote to your invoice.
  • A written spec

Your quote names the garment, the decoration method and the placement. Whoever signs off sees exactly what they're approving, and your next order can be matched to it.

  • A proof before production

Nothing goes into production until you approve a proof. A wrong color or a misspelled name gets fixed on the proof, before any shirts are made.

  • An invoice from our office

There's no payment on the website. Britney in our office reviews the order and sends the invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, and the balance is due on delivery or pickup.

Common questions

Business apparel questions

What is the minimum order for staff apparel?
The minimum is 24 pieces per design. That counts the design, not each size, so the same logo on the same garment is one design however the sizes split. If you're outfitting a small office and can't reach 24, call 833-477-6674 and we'll talk through your options.
How long does a business order take?
Your order takes 5–7 business days from the day you sign off on the proof. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the production schedule before we commit to a date. If you need staff shirts for an opening or an event, give us the date when you ask for a quote.
How do reorders work when we hire more people?
Mention your previous order when you call and we'll match it: the same garment, decoration method and placement. Have your order number or invoice handy if you can. If you hire often, a company store can be simpler than calling in each reorder.
Should our logo be embroidered or printed?
Embroidery for polos, caps, jackets and bags, and printing for tees and larger counts. Stitching holds up on a garment someone wears every week, so it's the better pick for customer-facing staff. Screen printing costs less per piece on a big tee order, and DTF handles full-color logos on smaller orders with no screen setup.
Can you decorate hi-vis and safety apparel?
Yes. We place your logo so it doesn't cover the reflective tape, and you'll see that placement on your proof before anything is made. Tell us what your crew is required to wear and we'll decorate that garment.
Do we pay on the website?
No, there's no payment on the website. You send your request, our office reviews it and then sends an invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due on delivery or pickup.
Can we pick up the order or have it shipped?
Either one works. You can pick up at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road by appointment, have the order shipped, or split it between the two. Shipping is quoted for each order, so tell us where it needs to go when you ask for a quote.
