We make team uniforms and spirit wear for Jacksonville schools and clubs, plus everything your coaches wear. Most programs split that across several vendors. That means different versions of your logo and different dates to chase in August.

With us it’s one order. Sublimated game kits, printed spirit wear, embroidered coaches’ apparel and an online store, quoted together from one approved set of artwork. The jersey, the fan tee and the coaches’ polo carry the same logo in the same colors.

For spirit wear and coaches’ apparel, the minimum is 24pieces per design, not per program. A fan tee and a coaches’ polo each count on their own, so that’s the first thing we’ll work out with you.

For coaches, athletic directors and booster parents

The person ordering for a program usually isn’t a buyer by trade. It’s a coach between practices, an athletic director covering several sports, or a booster parent who volunteered in the spring.

So we ask for what you already have: a roster, a rough size count, your school colors and whatever version of the logo you can find. We build the rest and send you a proof you can show your athletic director or booster board before anything is made.

An online team store takes the ordering off your staff. We build it around your artwork, you share one link, and parents and fans choose their own items and sizes.

The store opens and closes on dates you pick. When it closes, we make everything in one run and handle fulfillment. No paper order forms and no spreadsheet of sizes. Everyone picks their own size, so fewer shirts come back wrong.

Coaches and staff apparel

Your coaching staff’s logo gets stitched, not printed. Embroidery stays sharp wash after wash on a polo worn twice a week, and it looks right on a quarter-zip or a sideline jacket.

Polos, quarter-zips, jackets, caps and bags all carry the same logo. Add gear for the athletic director, trainers and volunteers to the same order, and the whole program matches without new artwork.

Sublimation dyes the design into the fabric, so nothing sits on the jersey to crack, peel or fade. You get unlimited colors, edge-to-edge patterns and numbers that stay put all season.

What to expect

What a team order usually includes

Here are three common ways programs order. Tell us which one sounds like yours and we'll price it.

    A game kit for one roster. One sublimated design, names and sizes from the coach, one proof and one run.

  • Spirit Wear for the Whole Program

    One design on tees, hoodies and long sleeves, offered through an online store. Parents pick the items and sizes they want.

  • Uniforms and Everything Around Them

    Game kits, warmups, coaches' polos and a fan tee on one order, so the logo and the colors match on every piece.

Season timing

Plan around sizes, not printing

Team orders run late when a roster changes, a size sheet comes back half done, or nobody can find the logo. Here's the order to handle those in.
  1. 01

    Call before the roster is set

    Early is better. We get your artwork drawn and proofed while nothing is urgent, so when the roster lands, all that's left is counting sizes.

  2. 02

    Approve your logo once

    Once the artwork is right, the same design goes on the game kit, the fan tee, the warmups and the coaches' polo. You approve one proof instead of four.

  3. 03

    Send final sizes, then we start

    Getting sizes from a roster of teenagers takes longer than making the order. Wait for the last size sheet before you send it. First orders need a 50% deposit before production.

Spirit wear and coaches’ apparel take 5–7 business daysafter the proof is approved. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. Approve your artwork early and you’ll have room to spare when the roster is final.

When should we order uniforms for the season?
Order as soon as you have a logo and a rough roster. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote and tell us your first game date. The weeks before production usually go to rosters, sizes and finding a usable logo file. Rush orders are available for an added fee.
Can parents order spirit wear on their own?
Yes, that's what an online team store is for. We build the store around your artwork, and you share one link with parents and fans. They pick their own items and sizes. When the store closes, we make everything in one run and handle fulfillment.
What is the minimum for a team order?
For spirit wear and coaches' apparel, the minimum is 24 pieces per design. For sublimated game uniforms, tell us your headcount when you request a quote. If a spirit wear order comes up short, an online store can bring parents and fans into the same run.
How are uniforms different from spirit wear?
They use two different decoration methods for two different jobs. Game uniforms are sublimated, so the color is dyed into the fabric edge to edge and nothing sits on top to crack. Spirit wear is screen printed or finished with DTF transfers on standard tees and hoodies, the right fit for a fan design.
Can we add coaches' and staff apparel to the same order?
Yes, and it's the easier way to do it. Coaches' polos, quarter-zips, jackets and caps are embroidered, but they go on the same order from the same approved artwork. Ordering them separately later is how a program ends up with two versions of its own logo.
Our school logo is an old file or a photo. Can you use it?
Yes. Bella, our graphic designer, rebuilds logos from low-resolution files, photos of old jerseys and rough sketches. Nothing is made until you approve the proof. Artwork fees may apply.
