    Send us the item numbers

    Put the item numbers, colors and quantities in our quote form, or email them to us. A screenshot works too.

    Approve and we produce

    We send a written price and a proof of your logo on the item. You approve it, and we place the order. First-time customers pay a 50% deposit before we place the order.

Promotional product questions

Do I order from the catalog, or do you place the order?
We place the order. The catalogs are for finding items and item numbers, and you can't check out on either one. Send us what you picked, and we'll quote it, set up the artwork and handle the order the same way we handle apparel. You deal with one shop from start to finish.
What is the minimum on promotional products?
It depends on the item, because a pen and a tumbler are made differently. Tell us the item and the quantity you have in mind, and we'll confirm the minimum before you commit. If your number doesn't work for that item, we'll suggest a similar one that does.
Can you match promotional items to my shirts?
Yes. If we already print your apparel, we have your artwork on file, so the same logo goes on your tumblers, bags or banners without you sending files again. Some colors shift between fabric and a hard surface like stainless steel. We'll tell you on the proof if a color can't be matched exactly.
What artwork do you need?
Send the best version of your logo you have, ideally a vector file or a high-resolution image. Imprint areas on promotional items are smaller than a shirt front, so thin lines and fine detail may need to be simplified. Bella, our graphic designer, handles that and sends you a proof showing your logo on the item. Artwork fees may apply.
How long do promotional products take?
Lead time depends on the item, so we confirm it in writing with your quote. Common items with a simple imprint move faster than items with a full-color wrap or a special color. If you have a hard date, like a trade show or the first day of school, tell us up front and we'll only quote items that can make it.
How do I pay for promotional products?
Our office sends you an invoice. There's no payment on our website or on either catalog. We review your order first, then send the invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production starts.
