Screen printing in Jacksonville

Screen printed shirts from 24 pieces to 10,000, in bright ink that holds up on dark fabric. The more you order, the less each piece costs.

The best price per piece on big orders

Screen printing pushes ink through a screen onto the garment, one color at a time. It lays down a thick, bright layer of ink that holds its color on dark shirts.

Each screen is made once and used for the whole order. So the more shirts you order, the lower your price per piece. That’s why screen printing is the better value on large orders, and why 24 shirts and 1,000 shirts are priced so differently.

Send us the quantity, the garment and your artwork, and we’ll send back a price and a proof.

Best fit

What screen printing does best

Every method has a job it's best at. Here's where screen printing wins, and when we'll suggest something else.
  • Best for

Logos, lettering and bold spot-color designs on tees, hoodies, crewnecks and safety shirts. Art that has to read clearly from across a jobsite.

  • Quantities

From 24 pieces to 10,000. Screens are made once per color, so your price per piece drops as the order grows.

  • When to pick something else

Photos, gradients and designs with lots of colors cost more to screen print, and DTF handles them better. Hats, polos and jackets usually look best embroidered.

Capabilities

What we can print

Your art is set up here, so a problem shows up on the proof, not after 300 shirts are printed.
  • 24 to 10,000 pieces

A family reunion and a big charity run are both jobs we take. Under 24 pieces, we print your order with DTF.

  • Multi-color designs

Each color gets its own screen and prints one at a time, lined up with the last. More colors mean more setup, so color count affects your price.

  • Multiple print locations

Front, back, sleeve, pocket, or any mix of them. Pick the spots that matter and we'll lay the art out to fit.

  • Light and dark garments

Screen printing lays down thicker ink than other methods, so colors stay bright on black, navy and dark heather.

  • Process printing

For art with lots of colors and shading, a process print can cost less than a long stack of spot colors. When it's close, we'll quote both.

  • Art done in house

Bella, our graphic designer, separates your colors and lays the art out on the garment. You approve a proof before any screens are made.

Price factors

What sets your price

Five things set the price of a screen printing order. Knowing them helps you get the number where you want it.
  1. Type of garment

Most garments come in a budget, a mid-range and a premium option, and there's a lot more to pick from than t-shirts. The blank is usually the biggest part of your price, so it's the first thing we talk about.

  2. Quantity ordered

Setup happens once, however many shirts follow it. The more pieces you order, the further that setup spreads and the lower your price per piece.

  3. Number of print locations

Each location is its own setup and its own pass on the press. A front print costs less than a front and back, and a sleeve print adds one more setup.

  4. Number of colors in the design

Each color needs its own screen, which adds setup and press time. A one-color print costs less than a three-color print.

  5. In-hands date

A screen printing run takes 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the production schedule before we commit to your date.

There’s no payment on the website. Our office reviews your order and sends an invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due on delivery or pickup.

How it works

From your artwork to a finished order

Three steps, and you approve a proof before anything is printed.
  1. 01

    Art and proof

Send your logo, a sketch or an old shirt. We separate the colors, place the art on the garment and send you a proof to approve.

  2. 02

    Screens and printing

Once you approve the proof, we make a screen for each color and print your order to your date. New customers put down a 50% deposit before we print.

  3. 03

    Count, pack and hand off

We count and sort every order before it leaves. Pick it up on Sunbeam Road by appointment, or we'll quote shipping.

Screen printing questions

What is the minimum for screen printing?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. Every color needs a screen made and set up before the first shirt prints, and that costs the same for 24 shirts as for 2,400. For fewer than 24, we print your order with DTF, and there's no minimum.
How many colors can I have in a screen print?
There's no hard limit, but every color adds cost. Each color is its own screen, printed one at a time and lined up with the last, so a one-color print costs the least. For designs with lots of colors or blended tones, we'll price a process print against spot colors and tell you which costs less.
Can you screen print on dark shirts?
Yes, and it's one of the things screen printing does best. The ink goes on thicker than a digital print, so bright colors stay bright on black, navy and dark heather. Dark shirts usually need a base layer printed first, and we include that in your quote.
Do you print on things other than t-shirts?
Yes. Hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeves, performance tees, tanks, aprons, tote bags and hi-vis safety shirts all screen print well. Most items come in a budget, a mid-range and a premium option. Tell us your budget and how the garment will be used, and we'll suggest the right one.
What artwork do you need from me?
A vector file is best, but you don't need one. Send what you have: a logo, a photo, a sketch or an old shirt. Bella, our graphic designer, rebuilds it as print-ready art. You approve a proof before any screens are made. Artwork fees may apply.
How fast can I get a screen printing order?
Plan on 5–7 business days after you approve your proof. Rush orders are available for an added fee. We check the production schedule before we commit to your date. If we can't hit your date, you'll know before we start.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your art on file, so a reorder matches the batch you already have. Tell us the original order and the sizes you need this time. If you're switching garments, mention it, because a different blank can change how a color looks.
