Tell us about your order

Your custom apparel quote starts with what you already know. Only your name, email, phone, service and quantity are required. The rest helps us get the first price right.

Sending a request is free. Our office reviews it, sends a price and a proof, and invoices you once you approve. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production. There’s no payment on the website.

Pick the last option and we'll recommend the right method for your design.

Our minimum is 24 pieces per design for screen printing, DTF and embroidery.

A rough count is fine. Screen printing needs one screen per color. DTF and sublimation don't.

A style number helps most. If you don't have one, describe it: tee, hoodie, polo, cap or jacket.

Where should it go?

Check every spot you want decorated. Each spot is its own setup, so it changes the price.

Choosing a file sends us its name only, so we know you have artwork. Our office will email you for the file itself, or you can send it now to service@customwearusa.com.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval for screen printing, DTF and embroidery. Rush orders are available for an added fee.

Pickup is by appointment. Shipping is quoted with your order.

Price and proof before we print

You'll know the price and see your artwork on the garment before production starts.

    Our office checks the garment, the quantity and your artwork, then prices the job. If something's unclear, we'll call or email you instead of guessing.

    You get a price and a proof

    We send your quote with a proof that shows your artwork on the garment. Ask for changes and we'll send an updated proof before anything is made.

    You approve and production starts

    Screen printing, DTF and embroidery take 5–7 business days once you approve the proof. Uniform timelines vary by order. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, and the balance is due on delivery or pickup.

Common quote questions

When will someone get back to me?
Our office answers quote requests during business hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday by appointment. If your date is tight, call 833-477-6674 instead of waiting on email.
Does a quote request cost anything?
No. Sending a request is free, and there's no payment on the website. Our office sends a quote and a proof, then an invoice once you approve. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, and the balance is due on delivery or pickup.
Can I attach my artwork to the request?
You can choose a file, but only its name comes through, so we know you have artwork. Our office will email you to collect the file itself and ask about placement and print size. To send it right away, email service@customwearusa.com.
What if I'm unsure of the garment or quantity?
Send the request anyway. Tell us who's wearing it, what it's for and about how many you need, and we'll suggest a garment and a method. For screen printing, DTF and embroidery, the minimum is 24 pieces per design.
Is there a charge for artwork?
Artwork fees may apply, depending on how much work your file needs. A print-ready vector logo needs less setup than a sketch or a photo of an old shirt. Ask when you request your quote and we'll tell you.
Can you hit my in-hands date?
Tell us your date and we'll tell you straight away if it works. Screen printing, DTF and embroidery take 5–7 business days, counted from the day you approve your proof, not the day you send your request. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us. Rush orders are available for an added fee.
