Custom embroidery sews your logo into the fabric with thread. You get a raised, finished edge you can feel, and nothing on the surface to crack or peel in the wash. That’s why it’s the standard for business and staff apparel.
Pick embroidery when the garment costs more than a t-shirt and has to look good for a long time: a manager’s polo, a crew jacket, a golf towel, a conference bag. On fleece and soft shell it’s the best choice, because ink has nothing flat to sit on.
Send us the artwork you have. We clean it up, size it for the garment and send you a proof before anything is sewn.
Designing for thread
A logo that looks perfect on screen won’t always sew well, and it’s cheaper to catch that on the proof than after 200 hats. So before anything runs, we digitize your artwork. That turns the image into a stitch file that tells the machine the path, direction and density of every stitch.
Thread has width, so tiny lettering fills in. Thin outlines, drop shadows and gradients get simplified into solid shapes. And each size gets its own stitch file, because a chest logo can’t just be scaled up for a jacket back.
Thread colors are matched to the closest thread available, not mixed like ink. We’ll tell you which colors match exactly and which are close, and you settle all of it on the proof.

Soft shells, quarter-zips and fleece. Heavy fabric takes stitching well, so outerwear is almost always embroidered.
Bags & Backpacks
Totes, duffels and packs. The stitching sits in the weave, so it holds up to being tossed in a truck bed.
Towels & Robes
Golf towels, gym towels and spa robes. Terry cloth needs a backing under the stitch, and we handle that.

Pricing
What sets your price
The garment
A cap, a polo and a soft-shell jacket start at different prices before a single stitch. We'll show you options that fit your budget.
Quantity
Setup is spread across the whole order, so your price per piece drops as the count goes up. The minimum is 24 pieces.
Number of locations
Each spot is its own setup and its own run on the machine. A left-chest logo costs less than a chest logo plus a back or sleeve.
Design size
A bigger design has more stitches and takes longer to sew, so a full jacket back costs more than a left-chest logo.
Your in-hands date matters too. Rush orders are available for an added fee. Call us with your date, and we’ll check the schedule first.

How it works
From your logo to a finished stitch

Send your logo
Email us the best version of your artwork and tell us what it's going on. A vector file is ideal, but a clear photo of a shirt or hat you already have is enough to start.

We digitize and proof
We turn your logo into a stitch file, and Bella, our graphic designer, sets up your proof at the size and spot you want. You see it before anything is sewn.
- 03
Approve, then we sew
Approve the proof and your order goes into production. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from approval. Pick it up by appointment or have it shipped.
There’s no payment on the website. Our office reviews your order and sends an invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due on delivery or pickup.
