Pick up your order at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville. Call 833-477-6674 before you come and we’ll have it ready for you.

We’re open Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays by appointment. If you’d like your order shipped instead, tell us and we’ll quote the shipping.

When can I reach you?

Call Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, when the office is open. Fridays are by appointment, so call or email before you come by. You can email service@customwearusa.com any time, and Britney in our office will get back to you.

Should I call or send a message?

Call 833-477-6674 when you need a quick answer, like a date or the status of an order in production. Send a message or an email when you have details or files to share. Both go to the same office.

Can I stop by without an appointment?

How do I get a price on an order?

Use the quote form. It asks for the garment, the quantity, where the design goes and when you need it, so we can price your order without back and forth. There's no minimum order.
